CHRIS HUNT
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Chris Hunt brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across the valuation landscape to his role as Managing Director of ValuationNEXUS. A Certified Residential Appraiser, Chris has held senior positions at Fannie Mae and appraisal management companies including Clear Capital, and most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of International Valuation Group (IVG).
With a career encompassing appraisal expertise, operational excellence, and technology innovation, Chris leads the strategy and execution of ValuationNEXUS AMC operations. His focus is on enhancing speed, quality, consistency, and transparency while reinforcing the independence and reliability of the valuation process.
Known for his people-first mindset and ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, Chris is committed to building processes and systems that support the vision of ValuationNEXUS to deliver faster, clearer, and more trusted valuation outcomes.
STEVE DONDERO, RA
VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF APPRAISER
Steve leads the Company’s national appraisal network and internal valuation team. Drawing from nearly 20 years of experience in real estate asset valuation—including leadership roles at Fannie Mae and Goldman Sachs—Steve brings deep industry insight and a commitment to delivering objective, compliant, and investor-ready appraisals. His approach balances precision, speed, and regulatory excellence to meet the demands of today’s market. Steve holds master’s degrees from both Georgetown University and Arizona State University. Prior to ValuationNEXUS, he was Vice President of Valuation at CIVIC Financial Services.

Briar leads all valuation and appraisal operations with a focus on precision, scalability, and client-centric innovation. A results-driven leader with over two decades of experience in mortgage, operations, and valuation services, Briar brings strategic insight and operational discipline to every facet of the business. Her leadership is instrumental in driving organizational excellence and delivering superior service outcomes. Prior to joining ValuationNEXUS, she served as Director of Valuation Operations at CIVIC Financial Services, where she played a key role in streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
